We have extensive background developing EMS systems for ATM, SONET/SDH and Wireless networks. The PSU can use internal products such as the OM2000 platform or build upon customers' legacy platforms as described below.
The OM2000 platform is independent of the protocol desired and can be used with SNMP, CMIP, CORBA or TL1 protocols. With this platform EMS systems can be developed which will support your customers needs not only today but also for many years to come.

Element Management System for Littlefeet
Vertel has developed an Element Management System (EMS) for Small Profile Intelligent Coverage (SPICE®) wireless infrastructure units. SPICE provides wireless operators with better coverage and with a higher quality and more flexible network. Vertel developed the EMS using CISCO's Cisco Element Manager Framework™ SNMP toolkit. Wireless modems are used to exchange management messages between the SPICE equipment and the management system.
