M*Ware™ Convergent Manager

Integration

M*Ware is designed as an integration platform, both south bound to networks or element management systems, and northbound to other OSS and BSS systems.

Convergent Manager integrates with different types of network elements and provides multiple southbound interfaces (CMIP, TL1, SNMP, and CORBA).

M*Ware EMS also provides multiple northbound interfaces (CORBA, TL1, SNMP, CMIP, MTNM(TMF814) and XML) for integration with existing network management systems (NMS), service management systems (SMS) and OSSs in a service provider network.

Ask your Vertel sales manager for the comprehensive and detailed list of OSSs that have been integrated with M*Ware Convergent Manager, including popular provisioning systems (Astracom, Metasolve and Kapsch) and inventory systems (Granite, Cramer, Visionael) . Extra attention has been paid to integration with CRM and trouble ticketing applications such as Remedy, Clarify and Siebel.

But the M*Ware concept allows you to go a step further, and implement common data and logic using M*Ware common services. This allows you to minimize network load, to keep your custom and build applications as lean as possible, and ensures highest data consistency!

The M*Ware solutions architecture is fully distributed and can be scaled to fit environment size, performance and reliability.
